BUG: AMD Noise Suppression never releases the microphone

After installing AMD Noise Suppression, Windows shows that the microphone is always in use by AMD Noise Suppression, even when I an not using it.

This is different from other noise suppression software like NVidia and Krisp, which only capture the microphone when it is actually being used by a program.  For example, it should capture the microphone when I start a Teams call, and then release the microphone when I end the call.  Those are both events that the microphone driver receives, so it's not hard to do.

There is a good reason for this.  When software has captured the microphone, Windows will not sleep.  You can see this by running "powercfg /requests" in an administrator CMD prompt:

$ powercfg /requests
DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] USB Audio Device (USB\VID_B58E&PID_9E84&MI_00\a&1684c7cb&0&0000)
An audio stream is currently in use.
[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller
[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller

AWAYMODE:
None.

EXECUTION:
None.

PERFBOOST:
None.

ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
None.

Windows will not sleep while there is anything in this list.  That audio device is AMD Noise Suppression, and that is a big problem.
