Description of Original Problem: BSOD when playing games (intermittent. can not occur for days then happen randomly.

I also have this problem on my ASUS 5600XT. I think AMD don't want to resolve this problem anymore.
The problem seems to be caused by the processor. Is there a heating problem with the processor? Did you go to motherboard BIOS and go back to factory settings and test? The main source of most error messages you get is NOT the GPU, it is the motherboard.
I had my PCH cooling set to silent. I will swap to performance and update to the new chipset drivers released yesterday and report back if the issue persists. Is there anything else you can tell me about the error code? This really helps.
Your motherboard is small model. There may be some shortcomings from standard x570s, which can affect OC potential. That is, manual core voltage for the CPU can be given with the BIOS. You can create a forum thread for the required CPU core voltage manually. Manual core voltage setting may cause the processor to overheat. Or the CPU multiplier may be decreased. So CPU Core Ratio can be given for 41 or 42 (4.1Ghz or 4.2Ghz). With this adjustment, your processor will not go up to high speeds and the possibility of making errors decreases.
The motherboard you have are not usually designed for OC. But you have increased the probability of the system failing by purchasing an x series processor.
I'm not using any manual voltage settings within the bios other than a manual offset of -0.1V. The only changes that could be made to that are from within Ryzen Master, whatever that is setting the voltage too. What settings should I change to offset these issues while still allowing the CPU to boost past its base clock up to thermal limits, or just below thermal limits, ideally?
You should create a new topic in the forum Processors section and ask a question. I am not using Ryzen 3000 series. The informations I will give you may not be accurate. I also do not recommend Ryzen Master. Changes must be made with the BIOS, I think. Ryzen Master is only valid on Windows Platform. I think your system will work extremely stable with a few BIOS changes. Goodluck...
I had few irql errors after build my system. If memory serves me right the problem was with the m.2. The b450f motherboard had a bios update to fix it. Im not sure if that's whats causing your error.
