BSOD driver issues

I have been trying to diagnose semi frequent crashes on my Windows 11 PC and AMDRSSrcExt.exe seems to be the culprit. I have run through the basic procedures, uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers, scanning my disk, memtest, stress tests, etc. Also, my GPU is tuned with default settings and I have AMD's screen recording features turned off. Just curious if anyone has solved similar issues before I try more intensive troubleshooting. I include the latest dump file I have with driver verifier running. Thanks guys!

try to do a clean uninstall using AMD Cleanup Utility and then reinstall the driver again.
