Also, Radeon setting using 5% CPU and triggering high CPU usage.

And please fix the freesync with dual monitors.

When I play some games and watch movies or YouTube it will stutter like crazy when the game is active on screen. 

Hardware acceleration is active in browser. 

I have tried disabling it, I have tried disabling freesync on the browser, it sometimes work and other times doesn't. Seems random. 

Have toyed with CRU to align nothing works

I upgraded from a 1070ti using gsync and it worked flawlessly, even given that these are freesync monitors
