Hi, I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics card and running at windows 10 but whenever I try to change the Brightness using the brightness slider the Brightness does not change, however when I use the Microsoft Basic Display adapter I'm able to change the brightness however at the cost of my screen resolution dropping to a 800x600
Please, help.
