If this is a Desktop with a AMD HD 6xxx series GPU card. AMD doesn't support that card anymore. It is considered to be Legacy. The last known driver for that GPU Card is from 2015/2016 here : Legacy
I have problems with games for example Fifa 2018 and need for speed payback
an error message appears after a few minutes of startup
Thank you
From EA Forums concerning your error and possible fixes:
This is a troublesome error that is not confined to this game or specific hardware. It is a DirectX error code that indicates a crashing of the driver. I have done some more research and have tried to collect all of the steps that people are reporting to have fixed this issue. One particular step I have seen but do not recommend is altering any video card voltages. Some of these steps are quick and easy, some require a little more effort.
I will link this post from the official nvidia forum, it is not the same error but it is a driver crashing type of issue and the points mentioned there are all relevant to the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED error message.
It is unfortunate that there does not appear to be a one shot panacea available for this error message and that each player will have to perform some methodical troubleshooting in order to eradicate this issue.
I will mark this post as the resolution to bring players attention to it and will monitor it in the coming days to see players responses. Please post and let the community know which if any of these steps have been of benefit to you.
Regards,
Barry.

Ignore that it is using Nvidia, the same applies to AMD Wattman or Radeon Settings.
This is the statement from Appuals.com concerning your error from the Link:
This error spawns due to a number of different reasons for example when you are overclocking your computer, when your graphics card heats up and disables itself for a split second, or when the game you are running isn’t able to synchronize with the graphics card. This issue usually occurs when playing games like Battlefield, Arma, Crysis, etc. We have listed down a number of different workarounds available to fix this issue.
When you re-install your AMD Driver. Follow this basic installation procedure:
First download the correct Full AMD driver set from AMD Support for your Desktop
Make sure your Windows 10 is fully updated via Windows Update (including Optionals).
Disconnect the Internet from your computer to prevent it from installing a different GPU Driver than the one you are installing.
Use Windows 10 Uninstall to uninstall all AMD Drivers and software. Then use DDU in safe mode to completely eliminate all traces of the old AMD drivers and software related to the GPU.
Delete C:\AMD Folder. This prevents New and Old AMD driver files from installing and corrupting the installation process.
After rebooting from DDU, Reinstall the new AMD Full set of drivers. If it installed correctly, again delete C:\AMD folder to save Hard Disk space and reconnect to the Internet.
