With the old Adrenalin 19.1.1 drivers the issue does not occur but when using the latest drivers available for my laptop (Adrenalin 22.6.1) the reds and blues are being inverted only in Unity based games when in fullscreen. This is what the game looks like vs what it is supposed to look like. The issue is also described perfectly here but it hasn't gotten an update in 2 years.
