Blue screen system_thread_exception_not_handled atikmdag.sys - AMD RADEON R7 250

Hello, i got crashed two times during playing games. I have them everyday during playing games or watching videos on yt/playing flash games. I have graphic card : AMD Radeon R7 250.

Also see if by updating your AMD Chipset might help. I found out your Motherboard Chipset is the SB950. Here is the latest AMD CHIPSET DRIVER for your Motherboard: Previous AMD Chipset Drivers.​

Try installing a Previous AMD Driver and see if it stops the error from occurring.
