black screen after installing driver

system config:

  • AMD Graphics Card
    • Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB
  • Desktop or Laptop System
    • Desktop
  • Operating System
    •  Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 2004
  • Driver version installed
    • Tried to install adrenaline all drivers from 19.12.1 to 20.8.1, but I can't finish installing because of system black screen.
  • Motherboard + Bios Revision
    • Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5, Bios version F22f (updated)
  • CPU/APU
    • Intel I7-6700k
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • Corsair 750W 80 Plus Bronze
  • RAM
    • 16GB 2666 mhz

 

Describe your issue:

  • I bought a RX 5700 XT and tried to install drivers, but I'm getting an eternal black screen during install, and have to login into security mode for unistall driver and continue using my Windows.
