second monitor black screen after install driver

Hi everyone, my GPU is an RX 5600 XT and the processor is an R5 3500X, Win10, Adrenalin 24.12.1
I use a 100Hz AOC monitor with display port output, and everything is fine so far

I recently bought one of those 7-inch Raspberry Pi screens with touch, its connection is HDMI, mine uses a Realtk RTD2660 controller.

I first connected it to my notebook (a Lenovo S145 with Ryzen 7 3700U, Win10), Adrenalin v24.9.1 (the most recent to date) and it gave video just fine, I configured it and such in Adrenalin, etc., etc., everything was fine so far,

I connected it to my desktop PC and it didn't give video,
I tried uninstalling drivers through DDU and installing newer, older ones, all of them it didn't give video. but it is detected by Windows and the AMD driver

add custom resolutions.

lower the Hz of my main monitor.

lower the Hz of the secondary

change the HDMI cables (I tested 3 different ones on both my desktop and notebook)

disable HDCP.

disable FreeSync on the main monitor.

use Eyefinity.

change the pixel format of the secondary.

invert the HDMI cable outputs (the one on the monitor went to the GPU and the one on the GPU went to the monitor).

use Win+ P and test in the 4 available modes and vice-versa.

lower the Hz of the secondary monitor.

my card only has one HDMI output but it works, because before my main display port I used an HDMI TV as a monitor.

change the Windows regkey.

among other things that I don't remember.

It showed video in safe mode, so I saw somewhere (forum)
that it could be the resolution that was bugging the driver, so I forced the resolution to 800x600 in the regkey, and installed the driver afterwards, but nothing worked.

I left it connected for a few hours to see if something magical happened.

Basically, it only shows video in safe mode and without the AMD driver installed on my notebook, both the AMD driver that Windows automatically installs and the one installed on the AMD website make it not show video.

I tested it on Windows 11 too (on my desktop) and nothing changed either, no video

I've been trying everything for a week now, but to no avail, please help me.
