Hello! 

I´m getting a Black Screen after installing the latest Adrenalin drivers. The drivers installs fine but after rebooting, when Windows is supposed to bootup, it gets stuck on a black screen. I´ve tried differents drivers already (17.1.1 - 17.2.1 - 18.3.3 - 19.5.1 - 19.5.2 - 19.6.1 - 19.6.2 - 19.6.3) and it always end up with an infinite black screen post bios. Windows is fully updated as well as the BIOS. I also tried installing the latest chipset driver. This is the way I´ve been trying:

Run AMD Cleanup Utility and DDU both in safe mode - Reboot - Install driver - Reboot - Black Screen

AMD FX 6300

ASUS M5A97 EVO R.2

Sapphire R9 270

G.Skill DDR3 4GB. 1866 x2

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I had the same thing in Windows 10. A cleanup + safemode re-install fixed it. AMD really needs to figure out their driver issues.

Try unplugging the HDMI cable from the GPU and plugging it back in. This tends to happen with AMD cards and they've yet to fix it, unfortunately. I'm moving to Nvidia after I upgrade.
