Hello, 

I have a PC with a 6900 XT GPU and try to play It Takes Two and in almost all levels I get some black flickering boxes in floor textures. I also have a PC with an older nVidia card and the problem is not present on that PC. 

I have tried changing game settings but problem is there always.

Seems like a driver issue.. Have you tried updating your drivers or reinstalling them?

Have tried, uninstalling with DDU and now I have 22.1.1. 

Same behavior.

Finally AMD has acknowledged the bug in the driver and issued a fix in latest adrenaline driver:

• Visual artifacts may be observed while playing It Takes Two™ on some AMD Graphics Products such as Radeon™ RX 6900 XT Graphics.
