Black border around all videos and shakes like its adjusting its aspect ratio constantly
I've typed this many times already this is the 4th hope it works this time. I got a RX550 don't ask why, please. I updated the drivers and now there a black border around any video thought it was just in Chrome because I turned off Hardware acceleration and that fixed it. Then I recorded a video with OBS version 25.something.0 the one that does work so after spending 3 hours trying to get that to work the video looked like a handheld 2000's camcorder recording of a CRT TV it would constantly shake like its adjusting its aspect ratio. is there a way to fix this other than reverting the update?
