the utility does not support the old model that I have it. If I can find the old model, maybe I can update its bios.
If the one listed for your model from 2011 doesn't work then contact their support.
I have this ancient model, it worked fine for a long time, but recently I damaged it by my mistake and my electrical shortage. Everything is correct and the computer turns on and works, but when it turns on, we no longer hear the health beep.ram.card.sound .it boots salient. I don't know what is the problem may be by update ing the bios it fixed.
