Today I had to change the PSU, and I decided to update BIOS (MSI B650 Tomahawk) to the latest stable version asi it has a security fix, and shortens post time. After that, and keeping the same config in BIOS (ECO mode for the CPU, 7600X), I updated some drivers including chipset, so I had to download adrenaline, which now is always running btw, (first time updating this kind of drivers so maybe I did something wrong) .
I noticed that my CPU temp had gone from 41-41ºC at idle, to 47-50ºC, so I decided to run a Cinebench 2024 pass, and my score has gone from 850 to 762 (the temp stops at 76ºC so its not the problem).
Can adrenaline cause this? Should I uninstall it? (I don't know how to update the chipset drivers then). Maybe the BIOS is the problem, but searching for opinions on this update, I can't find simmilar complains.
