Bios update

A question I have, I want to buy a ryzen 5600g probably next year, the bios version I need is 6042, and my bios is 5602, I can update my bios right now even though I don't have the processor yet and continue with the processor I have, Or should I wait until I have the 5600g to just update it at that time?

the Specifications of my pc:
asus prime a320m-k
24gb ram 2400mhz
athlon 3000g
ssd 250gb
1tb hdd

It shouldn't be a problem unless you have a Bristol Ridge Processor than you won't be able to upgrade the BIOS until the day you are going to install the new Processor with the new BIOS version.

According to Asus BIOS download page starting at BIOS version 5862, it removes support for all Bristol Ridge APU Processors: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-a320m-k/helpdesk_bios/

But since you have a Athlon 3000g APU Processor which is a Picasso processor you can safely update to the latest Asus BIOS version for your motherboard:

From CPU World concerning your Athlon 3000g APU Processor:
