The AMD BC-250 GPUs are specially made crypto-mining GPU cards.
Found this website that mentions the Adrenline Drivers with "Compute Mode" are compatible for crypto-mining but doesn't list the BC-250 as being compatible: https://bytwork.com/en/articles/drivers-for-mining
From what I have read you will need Linux Ubuntu drivers or crypto-mining drivers to utilize those specialized GPU cards.
I would contact ASRock Support and ask them where you can download the AMD BC-250 Crypto-mining drivers for their Sony APU driven Crypto-mining PC
I would open a thread on a Crypto-Mining Forum and see if anyone else has the same rig as you do or also at ASRock Forum.
I imagine you will need to get drivers from the OEM of your Crypto-mining device and I doubt that AMD supports those GPU cards with drivers since they seem to be OEM GPU Cards and not regular Consumer GPU cards.
EDIT: Found this Hiveon Thread on how to update your AMD GPU Card drivers: https://hiveon.com/forum/t/guide-to-update-amd-drivers/17299/4
