HI THERE,

My specs: 
AMD 5700 xt
ryzen 5 3700x
16gb ram 3600mhz

This pc is great. No matter what game I play it doesn't dissapoint averaging around 200fps in mid settings. However, RUST is the only exception I seem to face. My FPS doesn't seem to exceed 70 for some reason no matter what I try. I've done everything I could possibly think off (Too much to list) and now turn to the people of this forum. Has anyone faced this issue before and if yes, can you help give me a fix please (ofc even if you aint had this problem your welcome to comment). In the menu of the game the fps is comfortable hitting around 400 to 500 fps but when I seem to enter the play game menu I get hit with instant frame drops to around 20 from just the loading of the map names on the page. My RAM and cpu are fine and while in game if I stare at a rock the max fps I get is 99.

Don't have the game, but i see your ram speed is only running at 2133.

And low cpu/gpu use, does it use all the vram. What usages does amd metrics overlay report.

I can't believe I just noticed that my RAM was running at such a low speed.

After turning AMD expo on I have now reverted my RAM back to its original state 3000mhz. This led to my game fps now hitting 80 which is a big difference but still not a fix.
