The game always crashes to desktop after 1-10 minutes of gameplay on Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.1742 - No Insider)

CPU: AMD 7800X3D
GPU: PNY RTX 4080 XLR8 OC
RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz
SSD: 2TB WD SN850x NVMe (7300 MB/s)
Motherboard: ROG Strix B650E-I

All drivers are up to date to latest stable versions as well.

On previous Windows 11 23H2 no crashes with the same config and game settings, so most probably it's a compatibility issue of the game with the new Win11 24H2 OS.

It also happens for the new Star Wars Outlaws (which uses the same Snowdrop Engine by Massive) and only for Ryzen CPUs.

Please fix it (together with Ubisoft/Massive & Microsoft) before 24H2 gets released for everyone VERY soon...

You use an NVIDIA graphics card, yet come to the AMD driver forum for help.

The problem is tied to the 7800X3D CPU, which is AMD.

It doesn't happen on Intel.

Just wanted to chime in as I previously owned an AMD system but now have a Intel system. It is also happening with Intel and NVIDIA. I believe the problem itself is the Windows 24H2 update.

This is an issue with Windows 11 24H2 and Ubisoft, and has nothing to do with AMD.
