Autodetect tool hangs when installing

My sons computer has a Radeon RX  460 card running Win10.  We have tried all 3 of the packagaes on the AMD driver and support download page for our card and op system.

We are running the installation as Admin.  No matter which versions, and what options we select, they all just hang on [1] Checking Hardware or [2] Downloading updated drivers.  WE have turned off Windows Firewall and AMD Settings is not running in the sys tray.  WE tried updating the drivers from windows hardware config and it says we have the lateest. Unfortunately though the game Anthem is saying we need a .10 verison and we have .7 version.

Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong? Or is there somewhere I can just go get the driver itself directly instead of the autodetect tool?

Thanks!

I will assume this is a desktop computer and not a laptop.

Assume also that you have Win10
