I am looking at getting a capture card and I have been looking at the Asus TUF GAMING CAPTURE BOX-CU4K30 but cannot find info anywhere of how it actually works.
Most videos and guides I've looked at just go straight to the software side of it without explaining how it's actually plugged in and connected.
What I want to do is plug in the HDMI cable from my video card into the capture box. Then plug in the USB 3.2 Gen1x1 Type-C connector into my PC (into the USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port C8). Will the USB cable carry the signal into OBS Studio? Or do I have to use the HDMI port on my motherboard?
