Every Time i try to install the  RX5500XT driver, the screen goes black and stays black. 

I then go into Windows safe mode and uninstall the 5500xt driver.

It then reverts  back to the windows basic driver and the screen will stay on.

I am using:

CPU - Ryzen 7 3700x

Motherboard - Asus Rog Strix X570-E Gaming

Video card - Asus Rog Strix RX5500XT-OG8-Gaming

XPG DDR4 D60G RGB 16GB 3600M

Windows 10 Home updated to version 1909

Bios has been updated to latest version

Chipset has been updated to latest version

I have the same problem, this start 3 days ago whit black screen and one day pc crash while lighting, I reset all and now when I install drivers of my amd rx 5500 xt  8gb dual evo, all crash and I need enter in safe mood to disable drivers, sorry for my bad "english" jaja

I get the same thing that is shown in your video and The only way I was able to get rid of the error was to uninstall it through safe mode and I'm just hoping AMD can fix this issue... People are thinking its a Windows update issue but we'll see what happens

I have been waiting for 4 months for corrections. And I can’t fix it. Tried on different OS updates
