Well, like the tittle said, i am having this issue where after i update to 19.7.1 from 19.5.3, Asus Aura RGB Lighting Control for Graphic Card not detect my card at all, it keep give me that message of non-aura whenever i try to fire it up. It was totally fine with 19.5.3 though. i dont know why or how, tried uninstall-reinstall dozens of time already and no luck. So please give me some help/advice, b/c i am stuck with the red led on my card right now.
Suggest you contact Asus support, they may have to update their software to be compatible with the new driver ?
I posted on Asus forums here. Still waiting on them
I'm using Asus ROG Strix rx480 O8G Gaming and it's happening to me too. Aura doesn't detect it at all. Tried re-installing Aura and GPU drivers. Even installed Asus Aura RGB Lighting Control for Graphic Card. Reverting back to old AMD drivers seems to fix it.
Well, i sent a ticket to Asus support, now i will wait for their reply, it is not a hardware problem after all, may be 19.7.1 has something in it that breaks the RGB lighting control app so it cant detect my strix.
Well, i decided to go back to 19.5.2 and got the Aura Lighting control worked again. and will definitely not update until amd fix this problem, since Asus replies was so hollow and kind of lacking, i will stay at 19.5.2 for now.
MSI RX 470 GAMING X 4GB
Led Control (msi gaming app and others) not working 19.7.1.
Works with all older drivers.
I have ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 580 O8G Gaming OC Edition Video Card.
AURA RGB Lighting Is still NOT working with AMD driver 19.7.5 so I just downloaded 19.5.2 and AURA 0.0.6.1 and the AURA RGB Lighting Control works now!!
I like to keep the AURA control on GPU Temperature setting, so it lights up Solid GREEN when the GPU is cool but it will go to YELLOW then finally RED if the card gets above 80 degrees C.

Simply roll back your gpu driver, for some reason AMD have glitches
Fixed with Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.8.1 Optional for me. ROG Strix Vega 64.
Solved.... open up gpu tweak 2 available from the support for the card at ASUS website... at the top click tools, then aura install here and it works on the latest drivers (20.5.1)
Thank you, im using gigabyte now so its fine
