As title states -> The current setup involves a 9700x ryzen chip with the Asus Proart x870e board. This board offers display port IN on the board and the USB4 lanes allow for video output to be carried through the Thunderbolt 4/USB4 cable. Out of the box, after a fresh install of windows 11 with the 7900xtx this causes display specific issues. I do not have a traceback or a bug report, but this is now 100% duplicated.
This issue is NOT present on windows 10. upgrading to windows 11 breaks this (as well as a fresh install of windows 11).
However, display port directly from the video card to the monitor, the issue is no longer present.
