I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D proccessor and an NVIDIA 5080 GPU. I am also using a MSI motherboard. The MSI software prompted me to download an AMD graphics driver which I did, but I want to know if that was really what I should have done and what drivers are nessesary for my CPU. Currently in Device Manager, under Display Adapters, I have AMD Radeon Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080. Should I uninstall/disable the AMD driver here? I'm not certain it's needed.
Secondly, I believe the drivers for the CPU are listed under "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers". Under this tab I have two Standard SATA AHCI Controllers. Is this correct or do I need to download the drivers from AMD.
