THE GAME CRASH WITH RX 580 8GB 

AND THE GTX 1650 WORKS FINE WE NEED UPDATE FOR THAT TO FIX THE GAME

The game system requirements state that a Radeon RX 5700 is required for minimum graphics.

The RX 500 series (and most of the GCN architecture) are only DirectX 12.0 cards and the game apparently requires DirectX 12.1 support, likely for RayTracing.

it require only DirectX 12 

and i played in the begining of the game like 30 minute when i quit the game and i launched it again this error happen to me idk i think the rx 580 can run the game easily while the gtx 1650 run it fine

This doesn't look like driver error. It looks like the game itself is messed up.

Not sure about that, but either way. The Performance on the game is terrible. Someone needs to fix it.

Hello, I'm not sur about a game is messed up.

I was using an RTX 2070 8Gb since 7 years without any major issue in a lot of game who running API dx12, vulkan etc.. but NOW, I upgraded with the new RX 9070 XT and Most of my game running API DX12 are crashing and crashing and crashing.
For Exemple, NBA 2K25, I played arround 400H+ with the RTX 2070 without any error or crash 

Now, the game is unplayable since I've installed the RX 9070 XT, the game crashed with the error 0x887a0006.

For AC Shadows, it's the same thing, the game can't run at max settings without this error.

I found some settings to be able to play more than one hour, but it crash inevitably.

Cyberpunk 2077, same error.

Star Wars Outlaws, same error.

I think there is a big issue with DX12, AMD Drivers ... 

I've tried lots of tricks to try and fix the problem but it's impossible.
Two friends have also got an RX 9070 XT and are experiencing exactly the same problem as me on NBA 2K25.

For the moment I'm a bit disappointed to have changed graphics card brand but I hope that will be corrected, either by a Windows DirectX update or by AMD.
