So basically everytime i spawn in AC Origins, my game freezes and then crashes right after. I already contacted Ubisoft Support and followed every single step but nothing fixed it. Only reinstalling drivers fixed it, but after like 2 days it starts crashing again and I would need to reinstall them again. I really don't know why it keeps happening.

Ryzen 5 3400g, Sapphire Nitro RX 580 OC, 16GB DDR4, Windows 10 64bit
My temps are completely fine
