Hello.
I have recently purchased a RX 5500 XT for my Htpc to use for 4k movies and games. During the 4k movie the screen stutters to often and some times sound cuts just for half second and returns. I used to have the ryzen 5 2600x and i thought that suttering is from the cpu so i updated to Ryzen 7 3800x but problem continues. I formated also windows to 20h2 version. Movies runs from a m.2 ssd disk.
GPU Drivers are fully updated,
My system is
Motherboard MSI x470 Gameing Pro
CPY Ryzen 7 3800X
Memmory 16 gb DDR4
