Apex Legends/24.3.1/100% CPU usage

Hey guys, first time posting here..

- So, recently I've been having some issues in performance with Apex Legends on Asus Radeon RX 570 Expedition model.. The issues that I'm having is probably caused by the shader caching and I'll explain what I've done and why I think that way.. So, when I start up the game CPU usage goes up to limit (100%) and it keeps staying like that for the whole gaming session.. It does not matter if you are in the menu, running around in the firing range or even fighting duos, trios etc.. So I started testing almost everything from my OS settings to my BIOS, temperatures, even the game configs and nothing really helped.. One day I came upon some posts about nvidia shader cache option, that most of the people that play this game have disabled... AMD does not have that option in the radeon settings but it has registry files that could be modified.. Anyways I opened up regedit and went here:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000\UMD

- After that, I found out about ShaderCache and change it's value from 31 to 32.. (30 = off / 31 = AMD optimized / 32 = on)

- I've rebooted my system after that, and I no longer have 100% usage in menu.. There are less stutters but the game itself sometimes can peak up to 100% usage if frames are uncapped (+fps_max 0).. I've tested this on DX 12 cause it generally works better on my system..

- I've posted here because I'm not really sure if this is AMD's fault, or Respawn's but I would love that it could be addressed as critical.. I believe that there are many more players that leave this game or a different one because of this problem.. Thanks
