Unable to find any info other then 17.11.4 was the last working driver. No info from AMD and several drivers later the issue still exists.
I just tried 18.3.4 again today (5 apr 18) and the same things happen. Super long load times. staggering during game play. I couldn't even load into the traveler just a black screen. I reverted back to 17.11.4 again and the only issue I have is random crashes.... super annoying but at least the game is playable.
