I have an ASUS Rx 580 8gb, I am a content creator and I just can't clip using Radeon Software, whenever I activate "instant playback" in the "general" tab my GPU goes to 100% usage without any open games or external applications , it is oscillating from 0 to 100 in seconds ... When I open the game my frames drop from 200 to 30 and besides all that when I use the shortcuts of instant playback DOES NOT WORK! Someone help me, I am seriously thinking about exchanging for an NVIDIA card.
