I'm using Win 7 Release 1.0 without service pack 1 due to programming components limitation. What AMD Settings application can be used to utilize my AMD Radeon R7 250? The AMDSettings software that comes with the graphic card won't install due to error below:
I found out that it's happening because Microsoft Redistributable C++ 2015 isn't properly installed.
That Microsoft Redistribute C++ 2015 won't install because it requires Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
Now I don't want to upgrade to Windows Service Pack 1 because of my programming components, which is my career. I don't care if it is old version, so what version of AMDSettings application can be installed?
