I was searching my computer for startup applications to improve the performance of my operating system and I found a non-existent program called AMDNoiseSuppression.
I tried to remove it using regedit, and looking in the folders of my c:drive or local drive and I did not find the file, I only found in regedit the binary file and others, please help me to solve this.
