Amd warranty support team hasn't answeree

I've been trying to get into contact with them,  but it has been 2 days that they did not respond to my questions. For some reason there's always a 24 hour response delay. But it's been 2 days now

What are you trying to RMA? a CPU?

Did you properly fill out the AMD Warranty Request form?

Sometimes it might take longer than 24 hours. I would wait at least 5 days.

Thanks for the response.  I got a response from the team and they are shipping a replacement for me. I wish I had some tracking information to know when its coming.
