If you have the Steam Index DP cable plugged into your graphics card when you turn on your computer, the computer will start up normally but there will be no video output to any displays. You can only start the computer normally after unplugging the Steam Index DP cable or unplugging its power. This problem appeared after version 22.5, and several months have passed, but the problem still hasn't been solved.
