I can't find the overlay options in the settings or performance tab.

You have to reinstall the software and press to install the latest drivers, since whenever you update windows, it installs previous drivers from the manufacturer and not from amd and that confuses the software, and things like afmf 2, rsr, chill, anti lag, won't work, so you have to be careful when you are updating windows.
