Hello together,

Today I started up my pc and was about to play some games, then I noticed an update was queued in the AMD software so I performed that before gaming.

After a PC restart, my mouse, keyboard, microphone were all unresponsive.

I plugged the mouse in the front hub of the pc, it's working.

I uninstalled all AMD stuff with DDU and manually, tried system recovery, manuall installation of the drivers but nothing works.

I just cannot use my peripherals now and it is Hella annoying.

How can this happen? What can I do?

What is the motherboard make and model?

What software update was installed?

Are there any indications of problems in Windows Device Manager such as unknown or disabled devices or missing drivers?

Hi there,

MB: MSI MAG B650

The update popped up in the AMD software adrenalin edition. I just updated it and after the restart it did not work anymore.

Haven't found anything suspicious in the device manager regarding your question.

Is it the Tomahawk or Mortar version?

Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
