Amd Software drivers download stuck at 0%

hello so i have a issue with my amd radeon graphics card drivers i can't downalnd the newest one at my i windows have one's form 2020 . My GPU is
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Integrated i try to search drivers to manually install them but i couldn't  find any my cpu is  AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
