It has only happened to me in night raids, I have all my drivers on the same(and newest) version for a long time and now after going on night raids for some reason my screen freezes and I have to restart the game so I can actually play it which is very inconvenient in an intensive game like Tarkov. I try to downgrade my driver to 23.5.1.
I think it has something to do with the game being badly optimized, the night raids being kinda funky for AMD drivers and maybe alt+tabbing.
I have thought about that it has something to do with my tuning settings but I use very similar tuning in other games and I don't have a problem so it's unlikely in my opinion.
I use borderless screen mode.
