When I updating my windows(11) in my laptop , then automatically AMD Graphics driver is not working and showing the window update may have automatically replaced your AMD Graphics driver . Hence , the version of AMD Software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD Graphics Driver .

Then i write the mail in AMD customer support , i did the way which they are tell me to do that related to driver and it is working but now when i update my window this problem occur . this problem is not solving Help me in related to that.

I have the same problem so I have uninstall my previous version so I have downloaded de new one  for my graphic card and install it however on the device manager I have not seen the AMD icon as well as on my windows 11 so the AMD SOFTWARE ICON has been vanished 

So any clue about this ?

I would suggest you to do a clean installation of AMD software with driver for windows OS by using the AMD cleanup utility and check the issue status.
• Download AMD Cleanup Utility from the google and do that what amd cleanup utility is saying to do step by step.
• Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-7-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...

this is driver for AMD RYZEN 7 laptop and I don't know about your laptop specification 
• Disconnect the internet.
• Restart the system.

By this method I  think your problem will solve.

I have the same problem with my AMD Ryzen 5 5600X. I have used AMD's auto detection software to update relevant drivers but I am still getting the issue. I am running Windows 10 and this problem started strainght after the latest windows update. Iam hoping someone can help with a link for the right drivers for my setup. Thanks

There's no point in updating the GPU driver, but instead download a full installation, uninstall the old one, and then install a completely new one. Thanks to this I found out that I had problems with the performance of the GPU

When adrenaline is loaded, when I make changes to it, when I open a game, the system crashes, even the HDMI does not work or there is no sound. Once you get the adrenaline going and get into the game, there is no problem. Nothing changes whether you install the old version or the new one. A complete disappointment. And AMD is also monitoring the events.

Now, when I remove the adrenaline, it works smoothly and I can enter the games. If a new and corrected version is released, I will upload it. I wrote the problem to AMD, but there is no response.
Either Microsoft is scoring a big goal against AMD, or it's AMD's software incompetence as usual.
We had also bothered to update the bios while installing the processor. While we introduce the processor well, these are problems that customers should not have to deal with.

Following this guide and using something like DDU or AMD Cleanup Utility, then installing the drivers from the manufacturer, or AMD site.
