• AMD Radeon™ Anti-Lag 2 Support for Dota 2

  • Takes responsive gaming to the next level by introducing an in-game option to optimally pace frames, further reducing input lag on AMD RDNA™ architecture-based discrete and integrated graphics products.
    • AMD Radeon™ Anti-Lag 2 features an onscreen overlay that can be used to display the system latency of supported games. When Anti-Lag 2 is enabled, the onscreen overlay can be toggled on using the ALT+SHIFT+L hotkey. 
      • Use the ALT+SHIFT+L hotkey to enable the Radeon Anti-Lag 2 Latency Monitor. Once activated, a small white chevron will appear in the top left corner of your display indicating that it is enabled.
      • Use ALT+SHIFT+L again to cycle through the following Latency Monitor display options: No metrics, FPS only, FPS and latency (in ms), FPS and latency (in ms and frames), FPS and latency (in ms and frames) with a legend.
      • To compare the difference between Anti-Lag 2 On and Anti-Lag Off, hold the right CTRL key. 
    • Anti-Lag 2 currently supports Dota 2 while using the DirectX® 11 API.
  • Join the conversation by sharing how well AMD Radeon™ Anti-Lag 2 is working on your system. This information helps us make further improvements.

• Fixed Issues and Improvements

  • Improvements to stutter when AMD Radeon™ Anti-Lag and AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 3 frame generation is enabled.
  • Improvements to stutter while playing Fortnite with DirectX® 12 API. 
  • Texture corruption may be observed while playing TEKKEN™ 8 with Ray Tracing or Upscale enabled. 
  • Corruption may be observed while playing Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition with Radeon™ Boost enabled.
  • Intermittent system crash or corruption may be observed while playing Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy with Ray Tracing enabled. 
  • Virtual Super Resolution or Display Color Enhancements may be set to disabled after driver upgrade.  
  • Unable to change display pixel format with certain Windows display languages. 
  • Intermittent black corruption may be observed on scaled 3d models while using Origin or OriginPro application. 
  • Black corruption may be observed while fast forwarding using PotPlayer.
    
    

Known Issues

• Lower than expected performance or excess stutter may be observed while player Battlefield 2042 on Radeon™ RX 6000 and 7000 series GPUs. [Resolution targeted for 24.8.1]
• Audio and video may intermittently become out of sync while recording using the AV1 codec in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition. [Resolution targeted for 24.9.1]
• Intermittent application crash may be observed while playing Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess on some Radeon™ RX 6600 and 6700 series GPUs.

YOU have neglected to mention the huge issues residing with Kingdom Hearts in the issues list.

My patience is wearing thin.

You seem to care a lot more about this anti lag 2, when there are huge issues that are making people refund their games, leaving negative reviews, this is all because RDNA3 is a disaster!

Guess I'll only ever enjoy it portably on my Steam Deck. Which uses an RDNA2 card that's why it works.

I don't know if this will help. I pinged Sam_AMD a few times and he wrote back, moreover he promised that AMD would look into the DayZ issue and write back when something is known. but a few months have passed and nothing has been done

I have been using Android Emulator with Hardware emulated grahic performance and working fine up to 24.5.1. But when i update to 24.6.1 and 24.7.1, the android emulator refuse to run. The only way for me to make it work is to downgrade to 24.5.1 but the 24.5.1 have a bit problem with some hardware sensors used in MSI Afterburner and RTSS.

Can anyone help me?

I ran into an issue with afterburner when i installed 24.6.1. To fix the issue i had to use DDU to clean amd gpu drivers.

Call of Duty Vanguard error

The game worked fine untill i updated the amd drivers 24.6.1/24.7.1 then it freezes and crashes at shader loading and profile connection error code 0x00001337 (0) when will the bug be fixed?

Works fine with 24.5.1 driver.(RX 5500XT 8GB card)

I can't play Temtem with this driver. It lags a lot. I had to roll back to 24.5.1.

i just wanted to give AMD another try but this was a big mistake!!! they say everytime they support Gamers but there are only problems on AMD side

Strange, but no restarts or blue screens so far with 24.7.1. On 24.6.1 almost all games were crashing. There are still freezes in FarCry2, FarCry3 exiting, but most of games work. Even FalloutNV running.

Nope, everything's fine. Got blue screen with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on CoD4 and restart on Battlefield3. Rolling back to 24.5.1. Сonsistency is the mother of mastery 🤌

Please, fix Kingdom Hearts. It's insane that I can pop my childhood Kingdom Hearts PS2 disc in my computer's optical drive and play the game on an emulator but I can't play the NATIVE PC PORT.

Dayz performance on amd suck for 13 years.
And it's unplayable for 3 years.
GTx 660 have better fps than my rx 6600.

I've been playing call of duty mw3 for a long time.I had no problems with the 24.4.1 driver.Over time, as drivers came out and said that the bugs were fixed, I applied all the new updated drivers.But with each new driver, the small stuttering increased more and more.With the 24.6.1 driver, the game became unplayable.24 When I downloaded the .7.1 driver, I was getting small freezes and "packet burst" errors in the game, but I could play the game.I tried dozens of things, fiddling with all the settings.I did a clean install of all the drivers multiple times, starting windows in safe mode, deleting them with DDU, and doing a clean install.Every time the same result or worse.I desperately tried to restore the 24. 4.1 driver, maybe I could go back to the good old days.And the result is a miracle.I was able to play my game after months without the slightest stuttering or stuttering in the game.AMD please make your drivers properly and don't make your users regret it.By the way, my video card is XFX Radeon RX 7900 XT RX-79TMERCU9 model.

Please throw in Star Citizen, currently in 3.23.1 i have to limit my 7900xtx's clock freq. to 2650mhz in order to enjoy the game sans performance. Performance is why I spent money with you!

I noticed that after the last update some games don't work like all the Mihoyo ones, and not only all the pages that have 3D graphics on Google have the same problem, that is absurd glitches, and no it's not the video card since I even changed it believing that was the problem. Please fix it because you can't play normally anymore.

Since the update I have had strange pixilation/flickering when doing anything on desktop, Adrenaline will not launch, and keep getting driver timeout errors.  Have noticed spans aren't spinning up sometimes. Even basic Windows operations such as opening Task Manager will freeze the system for a few seconds.  Occasional blue screens as well.

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and Adrenaline several times. Used AMD cleanup tool as well. Updated BIOS. Cleared temp files.  I never had a problem with this card until a few weeks ago.  Works completely fine on integrated graphics.

I have REALLY big problem with latest amd drivers - it's them because resetting them solves the problem for few seconds and after that time if I have my internet connection turned on it comes back. 

The problem is my main monitor in Asus rog Zephyrus duo crashes into high contrast red and green. I can not fix it and I NEED my laptop to make my job!!! Help!

When I am totally offline, after deleting and drivers (and being left with so called basic microsoft driver) there is no problem in term of screen look, but no option in term of HDR and so in available as well as the second screen is undetectable.

If I install any amd driver (ever previous from like a year ago) it turns back the broken colours...

Do you aware that your drivers updates makes more and more problems for us gamers? After I changed drivers for newest  24.7.1 Cyberpunk 2077 game is reseting whole PC at start! It won`t happen with older drivers.... facepalm. **bleep** are you doing with those drivers? This isn`t funny at all.... 

Rolling back to 24.2.1 helped for now. Go back to like 22 version and start over devs... 

EDIT: After 2 min in game PC shuts down. I will roll back even more in drivers version.

EDIT2: Tried 23.9.3 drivers now. Cyberpunk working, waiting for random shut down but at the moment everything is ok. We will see what will happen after few hours.  I will refresh this topic if reset or shut down will show up again and will test even older drivers.

AMD wake the f up! We spending over 500$ for your cards and you providing us faulty drivers that can harm whole PC. This is major problem you have... developing good drivers.
