Nope, only available on prebuilt 'amd advantage laptop or pc' systems.

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

Your CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 7500F) does not have an integrated graphics processor (iGPU). AMD SmartAccess Video requires both an iGPU and a dedicated 6000/7000 series GPU. Please note that you do not require an "AMD Advantage" to enable this specific feature, and it is a feature independent of your current "AMD Advantage" status.
