My amd radeon wont open people told me to update my drivers.  My amd adrenalin version is 19.1.1 and every time i  try to update them my gpu just crashes then i get windows didn't load correctly. So ive been just doing a restore point then try some other way to download it. None of those work and im out of ideas. sorry for bad grammar

Using DDU, uninstall AMD display driver in Windows safe mode. Try reinstalling 19.1.1 display driver. Or try the latest version display driver. This means that you should remove old drivers with DDU before installing new display driver. Also, do not try to install the new driver using Radeon Settings software. Download and install drivers from this page... https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-550
