I have this same issue as well it just started randomly this morning.  Was working totally fine and I did not change anything on my PC

check your Windows update install history. See if an update happened in that time frame.

Did you uninstall it reboot and reinstall it?

Mehraba! I'm assuming you're turkish masallah, and I know us turks love to play valorant. Do you have Valorant installed? If so uninstalling vanguard and reinstalling ryzen master will fix this issue.

Aha, you do have valorant installed. Unfortunatley Vanguard anti-cheat blocks ryzen master and any other cpu info and rgb apps. Unisntall Vanguard reboot and reinstall ryzen master. This should 100% fix your issue.
