Hello,

I am using AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 8700GE on my home PC/server running Windows Server 2019 for OS.

The thing is that without the Chipset drivers the max clock speed is 3.61 Ghz, and I can't get to install the chipset drivers on this OS as I am met with the following error https://prnt.sc/zfCvKcSmheSp

I've tried changing Power Plans between High Perf and Balanced Power and High Perf is where I achieve the 3.61Ghz it doesn't go higher.

Any idea how to solve this? Are there drivers available for Windows Server 2019?

The AMD Chipset software installer is made to run on Windows 10/11. However you may be able to unpack the executable and use the individual driver files.

Hello,

I've Identified the missing drivers from the HWID and I manually installed the missing drivers from the extracted packages of the installer.

All the unknown devices are now gone and yet the CPU speed is still clocked to 3.6 Ghz, what else can I do? In windows 10/11 the same CPU can reach 5+ Ghz but due to my project needs I need to stay on Windows Server 2019.

The only driver I couldn't get to install is the "Display Driver" as it is listed in the Device manager as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" and wouldn't accept the driver for Radeon 780M (The integrated graphics inside 8700GE)

Any help will be appreciated
