amd ryzen 2200g no driver on ubuntu 16.04?

I have an amd ryzen 3 2200g processor and I use ubuntu 16.04 when I go to ubuntu the icon looks so big it looks like the driver has not been installed ... I tried to find the driver it was only available for Windows 10 only.

You need at least kernel-4.15.xx.

Even better 4.18.xx
