Game will freezes for ~5 seconds, sometimes it unfreeze sometimes it does not, forcing to manually restarting pc.

affected game: dota 2, honkai star rail (in character menu), genshin impact (in character menu)
Happens frequently in dota 2 with: 
driver: 23.5.1
cpu: i5-12400
ram: 16GB
rendering api: directx 11
fps limited to 160Crash are more often when AC in the room is not on (i'm from tropical country so it's generally warm) but not when playing high gpu game like efootball (highest setting), rocket league,  csgo (unlimited fps). I have tried disabling mpo, uninstall driver using ddu, uninstall using AMD driver uninstaller,  increasing the fan speed at minimum temperature before fan spins with Zero rpm mode on, using amd studio driver, but still freezing.
