so all of a sudden my when ever i would try to do a replay or record a video i would just get a black screen that i couldnt click on. but i can open it through the Movies and Tv app but it would be without any audio, i have everything up to date and have searched for a solution for so long and nothing is working and i cant find a way to talk to support. if anyone knows a way to fix this please let me know it would be greatly appreciatated.
