AMD RadeonTM RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary global Wattman interface exception when using "Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.2 Optional" driver

--- --- update --- ---

I tried the new 19.7.3 driver and still didn't improve.

My monitor is the Acer VG240YU and looks like a 75Hz refresh rate issue. I reduced the refresh rate to 60Hz, although there are still misalignments, but at least the chart can come out.

Thanks for sharing the experience.

Hi All,

The graphics card I am using now is AMD RadeonTM RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary, but I found that its driver global WattMan interface is abnormal (as shown). (Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.2 Optional and Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.1 Optional have this problem.)201907232238 - 副本.JPG

Has any other friend ever encountered this situation, is there any solution?
I have tried reinstalling the Windows system, or using DDU to uninstall the driver and then reinstall it, it does not solve the problem.

My system information is as follows:
--- Hardware ---
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
Memory: 2x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 (ver 4.32)
Main hard drive: WD Black SN750 NVMe SSD 1 TB (WDS100T3X0C-00SJG0)

--- Software ---
Windows 10 (x64) 1903 (18362.239)
Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.2 Optional (driver package version 19.30.01.16-190711a-344727E-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin2019)

Finally, I tried to submit the fault to the official, but it stayed on the Redirecting page. It would be great if you could teach me how to jump or help me submit it, thanks.

Thanks, I have submitted an issue to AMD via your link

Hello there. I might have found the problem. I had the same issue, might still have we dont know yet. But so far (maybe an hour) no problems.

Go into BIOS and change the pcie from auto to Gen 3.0.

Iam useing a Asus X470-I Gaming with R5 3600 with a RX 5700 XT.

It might help you, so far it helped me so lets hope "fingers crossed"
