I tried the new 19.7.3 driver and still didn't improve.
My monitor is the Acer VG240YU and looks like a 75Hz refresh rate issue. I reduced the refresh rate to 60Hz, although there are still misalignments, but at least the chart can come out.

Hi All,
The graphics card I am using now is AMD RadeonTM RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary, but I found that its driver global WattMan interface is abnormal (as shown). (Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.2 Optional and Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.1 Optional have this problem.)
Has any other friend ever encountered this situation, is there any solution?
I have tried reinstalling the Windows system, or using DDU to uninstall the driver and then reinstall it, it does not solve the problem.
My system information is as follows:
