Hi there,
So I recently got an Hellhound AMD Radeon™ RX 6600. This is my first time with an AMD GPU, and I've had nonstop issues since I've installed it. My current specs are listed here.
Initially, my computer would blackscreen after loading the motherboard manufacturer, but now the issue are the drivers. Every time I leave my computer for more than a few hours, the next time I turn it on or wake it from sleep mode, the AMD Crash Report tool says that my GPU has driver issues and turned it off. In the driver properties it says "Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)". In Event Viewer, it looks like this:
It used to be an issue to fix because of the black screen issue, but now restarting usually fixes it after a few times. But this is a daily issue and I'm not sure what to do. What I've done so far:
Uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers
Installing slightly older version of graphics driver
Swapping ram stick locations
Reseating GPU
Disabling Windows automatic driver updates
Disabling Multi-plane overlay
Disabling hardware acceleration on Firefox and Discord
Reinstalling Windows
Also, as of today, my event viewer showed this issue:
Not sure what else to do at this point. Any help is appreciated.
